Douglas Lima dominated in his fight against Kobe Ortiz in last Friday’s Bellator. Lima came out strong in the first round with a powerful right hook that dropped Ortiz. He followed that up with a skillful full mount but was unable to secure the victory just yet.
Ortiz continued to take abuse in the second round. Lima took him to the mat yet again with a well placed leg kick and almost ended the fight just before the bell rang signaling the end of round 2.
In round three Ortiz came back with a bloody face and a determined attitude. Lima’s devastating jabs continued to wear Ortiz down throughout the round and finished the fight with a dominating flurry of kicks and punches, walking away with another TKO under his belt.
